Haruka Abe is a London based Japanese actress. Having spent her childhood moving between London, Tokyo and New York, she speaks both Japanese and English to a native standard.

After her graduation from Rose Bruford, a CDS acreditted drama school in 2006, she has appeared in variety of productions including her roll as Sarah in Tiger Aspect's "The things I haven't told you", Miko in Baby Cow's sitcom "Ideal" and Mia in feature film "I of the lost" in which she plays the female lead.
